用戶協議
歡迎使用24Tanning(以下簡稱「本公司」)提供的服務(以下簡稱「本服務」)。為了保障所有用戶(以下簡稱「用戶」)的權益,請仔細閱讀以下條款(以下簡稱「本協議」)。當您完成註冊、預約或使用本服務時,即表示您同意遵守本協議的所有內容。
1. 協議適用範圍
本協議適用於通過本公司進行的所有服務(包括但不限於網絡預約、電子交易、以及使用相關設施的服務),並涵蓋用戶使用期間的相關權利與義務。
2. 服務內容
本公司為用戶提供預約設施和服務,用戶可通過服務票券預約兌換指定服務。此外,會所內設有自動售賣機,用戶可購買指定商品或服務。
3. 用戶資格
1. 用戶必須年滿18歲,並對提供的個人信息的真實性負責。
2. 用戶需承諾遵守本協議以及本公司的相關規定。
4. 用戶權利與義務
1. 用戶有權根據本公司提供的服務內容進行合法使用。
2. 用戶的服務票券可以於服務地區的「直營點」及「合作點」使用服務。惟進入「合作點」或需要得到第三方合作伙伴允許方可使用設施,使用時間亦可能有限制,預約前請先向第三方合作伙伴查詢。
3. 用戶在預約服務後,應按時到店使用,並只限由用戶本人使用而不能供其他人士進入。本公司的服務及服務票券不得轉讓、轉售或向第三方以任何形式提供。
4. 基於保安理由,用戶不可擅自攜帶非會員進入會所範圍。
5. 如用戶臨時取消或缺席,本公司有權實施懲罰措施,包括但不限於扣除服務票券或限制再次預約的權利。
6. 用戶在使用本公司設施前,需自行評估健康狀況及相關風險,本公司不會負上任何責任,亦不提供醫療建議,建議有健康問題或不確定適用性的人士先諮詢醫生意見。
5. 權利與義務
1. 本公司承諾根據用戶的有效預約提供相應服務,但在以下情況下可拒絕或取消服務:
因設施故障、政府禁令或不可抗力導致服務無法提供;
用戶違反本協議條款或法律法規,本公司保留永久終止會籍並不作任何補償的權利。
2. 自動售賣機由第三方服務供應商提供,如出現故障或錯誤,服務供應商有權將根據實際情況決定提供具體方案。
3. 用戶若損壞本公司的財物需作出賠償,本公司保留相關法律追索權。
4. 用戶使用本公司提供的太陽燈機時,不可使用油性助曬劑,如有發現,本公司將向用戶收取清潔費用。
6. 太陽燈使用風險與責任聲明
1. 健康風險聲明
使用太陽燈可能存在潛在健康風險,部分人群可能不適宜使用太陽燈設施。而所有用戶使用時,必須佩戴適合的UV保護裝備。用戶需自行評估健康狀況及風險,並對其選擇負上全部責任。本公司不承擔任何因使用太陽燈設施而引起的健康問題或意外責任。
2. 意外責任免責聲明
用戶在使用太陽燈設施期間,如因操作不當、身體不適或其他不可預見因素導致意外或傷害,本公司不承擔任何賠償責任。本公司建議用戶在使用設備時遵守所有使用指引,並在任何不適時立即停止使用並尋求醫療幫助。
7. 隱私政策
1. 本公司將按照香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》收集、使用、儲存和保護用戶的個人數據。
2. 收集的數據包括但不限於姓名、聯絡方式、支付信息及容貌識別數據。當您使用我們的服務時,我們可能僅在有關第三方提供該服務時必要情況下(包括但不限於線上交易、掃碼開機等必要情況),與第三方分享您提供的個人資料。
3. 容貌識別技術僅用於身份驗證,不會用於其他用途,並會嚴格保密。
4. 使用自動售賣機時,平台可能記錄用戶的購買數據,用於提供個性化服務或改善用戶體驗。
5. 閣下有權提出要求,索取及修改我們持有的閣下個人資料,本公司會根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》的規定處理閣下的要求。
6. 本公司可能會不時使用自行收集或保存的資料,包括您的姓名、地址、電話號碼和電郵地址,作直接促銷之用。除非本公司得到您的同意或表示不反對,否則我們不會將您的個人資料傳送或披露予任何第三方作直接促銷之用。
7. 當您就上述用途向我們給予同意或表示不反對時,即表示您已同意我們為上述目的而使用您的個人資料。您有權撤回同意此類使用。
8. 支付與退款
1. 用戶需在服務提供前完成支付,所有支付均以當地幣值計算。
2. 本公司所提供的預繳式服務票券不設退款。用戶須於系統標示期限內完成,逾期將作廢。我們建議用戶避免購買過量預繳式服務票券。
3. 如需取消預約,請至少提前3小時提交申請,多次於3小時內臨時取消或缺席的用戶,本公司有權實施懲罰措施,包括但不限於扣除預約票券或限制再次預約的權利。
4. 使用自動售賣機時,所有交易完成後不接受退換貨,除非因機器故障導致未能成功提供商品或服務,平台將視情況決定退款或補償方式。
5. 如因本公司原因無法提供預約服務,用戶可選擇改期另約。
9. 法律適用與爭議解決
1. 本協議受香港特別行政區法律管轄並依其解釋。如本條款有任何爭議,均以英文版為準。
2. 本公司保留本協議所有條款的最終解釋權及最終決定權。
10. 其他條款
1. 本公司有權根據業務需要對本協議進行修改,修改後的條款將於發布時生效。
2. 用戶應定期查閱協議更新,若不同意修改後的條款,應立即停止使用本服務。
聲明
使用本服務即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意本協議的所有條款。如有任何疑問,請及時聯繫平台客服。

User Agreement
Welcome to 24Tanning (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). We provide services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) to users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). To ensure the rights of all Users, please carefully read the following terms (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”). By completing registration, making a reservation, or using the Service, you agree to comply with all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Scope of the Agreement
This Agreement applies to all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to online reservations, electronic transactions, and the use of related facilities. It outlines the rights and obligations of Users during the use of the Service.

2. Service Content
The Company provides facility reservation services, allowing Users to book and redeem specified services using service vouchers. Additionally, vending machines are available within the premises for Users to purchase designated products or services.

3. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information provided.
Users must agree to comply with this Agreement and the Company’s regulations.
4. User Rights and Obligations
Users have the right to use the Service legally as provided by the Company.
Service vouchers can be used at the Company’s directly operated locations and partner locations. However, access to partner locations may require approval from third-party partners, and usage time may be limited. Users should verify availability with third-party partners before booking.
Users must arrive on time for their reserved sessions. The Service and service vouchers are non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be shared with third parties in any form.
For security reasons, Users may not bring non-members into the premises without authorization.
In cases of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, the Company reserves the right to impose penalties, including but not limited to service voucher deductions or restrictions on future bookings.
Users must assess their own health conditions and potential risks before using the facilities. The Company assumes no liability for any health-related issues or medical concerns and recommends that individuals with health conditions consult a doctor before use.
5. Company Rights and Obligations
The Company commits to providing services according to valid reservations. However, services may be refused or canceled under the following circumstances:
Service is unavailable due to facility failure, government orders, or force majeure.
The User violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to permanently terminate membership without compensation.
Vending machines are operated by third-party service providers. In case of malfunctions or errors, the service provider will determine the resolution based on the actual situation.
Users who cause damage to the Company’s property are responsible for compensation. The Company reserves the right to take legal action.
When using the tanning beds, Users must not apply oil-based tanning lotions. If such use is detected, the Company will charge a cleaning fee.
6. Tanning Bed Usage Risks & Disclaimer
1. Health Risk Disclaimer
Using tanning beds carries potential health risks, and some individuals may not be suitable for such exposure. All Users must wear appropriate UV protective gear during sessions. Users are responsible for assessing their own health risks and assume full responsibility for their choices. The Company is not liable for any health issues or accidents resulting from the use of tanning facilities.

2. Accident Liability Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from improper use, personal health conditions, or unforeseen circumstances during tanning bed use. Users are advised to follow all usage guidelines and discontinue use immediately if they experience discomfort, seeking medical assistance if necessary.

7. Privacy Policy
The Company collects, uses, stores, and protects Users’ personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Collected data may include but is not limited to: name, contact details, payment information, and facial recognition data. When necessary (e.g., online transactions, QR code activation), the Company may share Users’ personal data with third-party service providers.
Facial recognition technology is used solely for identity verification and will be kept strictly confidential.
When using vending machines, the system may record Users’ purchase data to enhance services or improve the User experience.
Users have the right to request access to or modification of their personal data held by the Company. Such requests will be handled in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
The Company may use collected personal data, including name, address, phone number, and email, for direct marketing purposes. Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless Users have given explicit consent.
Users have the right to withdraw consent for the use of their personal data for marketing purposes at any time.
8. Payments & Refunds
Users must complete payment before services are provided. All payments are calculated in local currency.
Prepaid service vouchers are non-refundable. Users must redeem services within the specified validity period; expired vouchers will be forfeited. The Company recommends Users avoid purchasing excessive prepaid vouchers.
If Users need to cancel a reservation, they must submit a request at least 3 hours in advance. Users with frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to penalties, including service voucher deductions or booking restrictions.
Purchases made through vending machines are final and non-refundable, except in cases where machine malfunctions prevent successful product or service delivery. The platform will determine refund or compensation solutions accordingly.
If the Company is unable to provide a booked service due to internal reasons, Users may reschedule their appointment.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute, the English version of this Agreement shall prevail.
The Company reserves the right to make the final interpretation and decision on all terms of this Agreement.
10. Other Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement based on operational needs. The revised terms will take effect upon publication.
Users should check for updates regularly. If they disagree with any modifications, they should cease using the Service immediately.
